As the outstanding member of OWL family, ATM703x integrated Quad-core A9 processorwhich balances the high CPU performance and functionality with low power and low cost, and the Imagination PowerVR SGX544MP GPU(Graphic Processing Unit)  provides the best user experience for customers. With the independent VPU (Video Processing Unit, support H.265/HEVC)  and ISP (Image Signal Processing) engine integrated in ATM7039user will enjoy the most fluent and high-performance video playback & recording experiences.

In order to break the myth of "High Performance equals to High Power", Actions also phased in the unique "LPD Gen. III" (Low Power Design Generation III)" and ADP(Adaptive Dynamic Power) architectures for OWL Series, which will bring customer the longer battery life while enjoying those high performance experiences.

ATM703X has integrated LVDS, HDMI Tx(Transmitter) ,MIPI DSI and MIPI CSI interface , which have become the "must to have" features in Tablet market. Also, USB 3.0/2.0 is used to transfer mass data between ATM7039 and host/slave/hub more rapidly. The 64bit DDR3/DDR3L controller and large capacity NAND Flash Controller with 72bit ECC/Toggle NAND supporting will allow the system markers and brand customers to adopt the most cost effective memory in the market. Together with the in-house designed companion chip ATC2603X which has integrated the PMU(Power Management Unit) and Audio Codecs together, ATM7039 really makes the dream comes true to provide the end users the excellent performance.
