ATS3613

·ATS3613是一款整合MIPS32处理器的多功能高性能、低功耗、高集成度的SOC (system-on-chip)。ATS3613提供流畅和高性能的音频播放和录音体验,目标市场是基于Wi-Fi的网络媒体播放器,儿童教育市场等。致力于通过在音频编解码器中构建支持所有音频格式,进一步往无线高保真音频应用发展。

·ATS3613拥有丰富的I2S OUT、USB 2.0、TWI、UART、SPI、IR、PWM、SDIO、RGB、LVDS等集成接口。它支持DDR2/DDR1 DRAM, SPI NOR,还有一个NAND Flash控制器,构建于8位/24位/40位ECC。
